Patty is a lifelong student of food and natural healing.

Soon after her celiac diagnosis in 2012, she enrolled in the Chef’s School at George Brown College in Toronto and earned her Culinary Skills diploma with a focus on nutrition and healthy eating. 

Cooking has changed her life and has given her back her health.
