Buttery, tender shortbread with a perfect melt-in-your mouth texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 full bag Woah Dough Shortbread Mix
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • Sprinkles or toppings (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. In a bowl, cream butter until smooth
  3. Add entire bag of shortbread mix
  4. Mix until dough forms (do not overmix)
  5. Roll or press dough to desired thickness
  6. Cut into shapes
  7. Place on lined baking sheet
  8. Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly golden on edges
  9. Cool completely before serving
