Bakery Style Gluten-Free Pancakes

Yield: 12 – 3″ pancakes

Light, fluffy pancakes in minutes with our Woah Dough Pancake Mix.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Woah Dough Pancake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cup milk (dairy-free works too: almond, oat, soy)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat griddle to medium heat
  2. In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, butter and vanilla
  3. Add pancake mix
  4. Mix until just combined (do not overmix)
  5. Let batter rest 2-3 minutes
  6. Lightly grease pan
  7. Pour batter onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until golden
