Bakery Style Gluten-Free Brownies

Just add eggs, vanilla & butter

Makes 2 – 8″x8″ pans or 1 – 9X13″ pan

Rich, fudgy brownies with deep chocolate flavour

Ingredients

  • 1 full bag Woah Dough Brownie Mix
  • ¾ lb of unsalted butter
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ tbsp vanilla

Method

  1. Using a dutch oven size pot melt butter on low heat.
  2. Add sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs slowly with vanilla.
  4. Slowly pour butter mixture into egg mixture. Careful not to cook the eggs.
  5. Stir in dry brownie mix until combine.
  6. Pour into 2 lined 8×8 pan or 1 – 9×13 pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 min. remove from oven
  7. Cool before slicing. Enjoy!

Pro Tips

Do not overcook. Let cool before slicing.

Top with chocolate ganache and white chocolate shavings or enjoy as is.
