Buttery, tender shortbread with a perfect melt-in-your mouth texture.
Ingredients
- 1 full bag Woah Dough Shortbread Mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- Sprinkles or toppings (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- In a bowl, cream butter until smooth
- Add entire bag of shortbread mix
- Mix until dough forms (do not overmix)
- Roll or press dough to desired thickness
- Cut into shapes
- Place on lined baking sheet
- Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly golden on edges
- Cool completely before serving
